My Own Onward Journey
Dear Traveler,
Thank you for stopping by!
No matter where you are on your journey, my hope is that you will find community, encouragement, and connection on this little blog. If you are wrestling with a new diagnosis, may you find a place to process your feelings. If you are a supporter of a chronically ill person, may the words of the blog provide insight into your friend’s journey. If you are one of the lucky few, who are still temporarily able-bodied, may you learn from the everyday world of someone who is dying.
Here is a little bit about me; I am a non-binary, queer, disabled individual, living with multiple diagnoses. Though I am actively dying, I am living my life fully, soaking up every moment I can.
About Vespa; Vespa is the world’s best service dog, provided to me from Canine Companions. She provides a vast amount of skills for my disabilities including retrieval, alerting, open/closing doors, and providing DPT.
Thank you for joining me on my journey towards closure and peace with my diagnoses.
